It was the first time i felt involved in the national day celebration in school. for the past few years it had always been sitting at the last row and being bored out because you are constantly staring at other people's butt. things were different this year, we sat at the first row and also we participated in the cheering competition. The initial plans, the feedback, the changes made, the practice, the formation, the props, it was good to see that our hard work paid off.
we emerged the third for the face painting and cheering competition. It's great to see everyone cooperating and doing something together as one=) Let's hope our dream of page 28 would be successful!!

fuseng's farewell party was held after the National day celebration. quite a number of us teared midway through the talking and singing. although everyone may not be very close to one another, i believe it does matter when we are going to leave one another. After all we've been through 2 years as a class, i can't bear to think what will happen when this year comes to an end.=(

National Day Fireworks

headed to bedok mrt station to meet the people, i thought i was late but some were even later to my surprise, ended up waiting for close to 1 hr. we made our way to city hall and dined while perle and chaijia went shopping. settled for some soft shell crab noodle in TAK. it was expensive but quite worth it. after which we meet up with perle and fellow shopping ppl for the fireworks. we didn't manage to make it to the place that we wanted initially, however the view at the sidewalk is quite good^^ arcading next, reached home late as usual and got kp-ed by parents


也许我需要狠狠地摔一跤， 才知道什么叫做痛。

The Birthday Frenzy

For a start, happy birthday to Xinling, junshu, doreen, jiehui and myself =D


24/7 birthday celebration in schoool.=)

on 25/7, things were getting fishy. haha lol... I was still anticipating for our balling session that day. however 老天不作美, it started raining, my moods got dampened. we ended up discussing on our plans for an hour before we decided to go EHUB. On reaching the 5thfloor, we were welcomed by the song that goes.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU.. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOU.. and it goes on.^^ I was HAPPY, seriously overjoyed by the surprise. probably too happy that i can't smile properly and naturally, i was so... surprised.HAHA

can't really remember the details for the week ago. yeah but hellboy is certainly still etched in my mind, especially the gear concept which contributes to the visual effects aptly. For further details bout hellboy, pls visit SK's blog (LOL).

then on wednesday, Napha started. relieved that i managed to scrape a pass for the items(but inclined pullups and standing broad jump would kill me>.<) and the exhilarating racial harmony celebration came by.anyway, we won the prize for the best dressed.
seriously thanks to mdm hidayah for putting in so much effort for the class=D
(my mum commented that i look like i'm malay even without the tudung, lol)

The week was spent as usual. Gatherings at bubble tea shops, a studying session at the national library, a mahjong session and a movie outing. went to bras basah for lunch and was certainly impressed by the chocolate cheese muffins, but too bad that it's all sold out. We made our way to the national library, ended up studying at the cafe at ground floor as apparently studying is not allowed in the national library. LOL?

Watched Dark Knight yesterday, along with perle, yiting, claudia and guiyue. i wasn't interested at first, just wanted to watch it for movie's sake. However it turned out to be NICE. The 2 and a half hours is definitely worthwhile.The joker was indeed sadistic and batman heroic, then the two faced guy was kinda suffering from some psychological imbalance towards the end of the movie. Unlike before, batman and his equipment are more hightech and aesthetically pleasing. However, i'm still not convinced why batman can actually fly, it's supposed to be just a cloak. Even Spiderman have to pull strings... lols. after the movie, yiting perle and i dined at secret recipe. blueberry cheesecake^^.
